5. graphite carbonizer
The main producing areas are shandong, henan, etc., with few manufacturers. The main materials are graphitized petroleum coke and graphitized electrode.The general composition was >98-99.5%;Sulfur < 0.05-0.03%.Mainly used for ductile iron.It is characterized by fast absorption, high carbon and low sulfur.
6. Natural graphite carburizer
Mainly natural graphite, carbon 65-99%, mainly used in steel mills, foundry is not applicable.
7. Composite material carburizer

What is the difference between graphite carburizer and coal carburizer?
First, the raw materials are different, graphite carburizer is made of natural graphite through screening and processing, coal carburizer is made of anthracite;
Second, the characteristics are different, graphite carburizer has low sulfur, low nitrogen and low phosphorus, high temperature resistance, good electrical conductivity, etc., these are advantages that coal carburizer does not have;
